Q/ What Payment method can I use.
A/ Our website accepts payment through PayPal. If you prefer to use bank transfer or pay with credit cards please send us a message, we do support other methods.

 

Order FAQ

Q/ When will the order ship.
A/ The standard shipping time for the order on our website is 5-10 work days, we will send you an email if we can not fulfil the order on time.
 

Q/ When can I expect my order to be delivered.
A/ Fedex/UPS/TNT normally takes 6-10 work days to the US and Canada, it takes around 5-9 work days to Australia, UK and Europe. 

 

Q/ Warranty Period

A/ When doing the business we find that some customers might not use or check the product very soon when the package delivered. We are confident in our products and we offer 1 year all-inclusive warranty since the date of arrival. If an issus arises during the Warranty Period, Company will send the replacement to replace the defect/damaged parts.

 

Q/ I only received part of the order/I did not receive all the items that I ordered.

A/ Carriers may not deliver all the packages at one time, you can track the shipping detail of each package at carriers website if the shipment contains multiple packages.

 

Q/ What happens if the order is damaged.

A/ International orders have to travel a long distance to arrive so we put a lot effort in packaging, almost every part of the product are wrapped carefully with thick foam or bubble film. If shipping damage occurs we will work with the customer and do our best to address the issue. We will either provide repair replacement or compensation whichever works for you. 

 


Q/ Wrong or missing part.

A/ We would double check the items in the order before packaging but we have to admit that mistake still happens, but not often. If there's something wrong/missing with the product you received, just contact us via email(info@oakstills.com), we will reply within 2 work days and provide a solution.
